TERMS OF SERVICE
01

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which DEWAN HOLDINGS provides its business advisory services.

By submitting an enquiry, requesting a service or agreeing to a service arrangement, you acknowledge that these terms apply to the relevant service together with any specific arrangements agreed with you.

If a specific written agreement has been provided for a particular service, the terms of that agreement will apply to the extent that they differ from these general terms.

02

Enquiries & bookings

You may submit an enquiry or booking request through the website by providing the requested information.

A submitted enquiry or booking request is not automatically a confirmed appointment. We may need to discuss your requirements, availability and the proposed scope of work before confirming the service.

A service is considered arranged once the relevant details have been agreed with you.

Clear arrangements before work begins

The service, timing and relevant practical details will be discussed and confirmed before the agreed work begins.

03

Fees & payment

The prices shown are starting prices for the listed advisory services. The final scope may vary depending on the requirements of the business.

The amount payable relates to the service and scope agreed with the client. Where additional work falls outside the original arrangement, this will be discussed before any additional charge is made.

Payment instructions will be provided as part of the service arrangement where payment is required before delivery.

A booking or service arrangement will not be treated as confirmed until any required payment arrangements have been completed and the service has been confirmed.

04

Client responsibilities

To help us provide the agreed service, clients are expected to provide information that is reasonably relevant to the work being requested.

Information supplied should be accurate and sufficiently complete for the agreed service.

Where a service involves meetings, reviews or discussions, clients should make reasonable efforts to attend agreed appointments and provide relevant information within the agreed timeframe.

Delays in receiving information or feedback may affect the timing of the service.

05

Service delivery

We will provide the agreed service with reasonable care and attention and in accordance with the scope discussed with the client.

Advisory work may involve recommendations, observations, research, analysis, planning documents or other agreed outputs depending on the service.

The timing of delivery will depend on the nature of the service, the agreed scope and the information available to us.

Where circumstances require a reasonable change to the planned timetable, we will communicate this with the client.

06

Advisory information

Information and recommendations provided as part of our services are intended to support business planning and decision-making.

Each business operates in its own circumstances. Clients remain responsible for considering the information provided alongside their own business objectives, resources and professional requirements.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, our services do not constitute legal, accounting, tax or regulated professional advice.

07

Changes to a service

If the requirements of a service change after the arrangement has been confirmed, we will discuss the proposed change with the client.

Where the change is substantial, the scope, timing or fee may need to be reviewed before the revised work begins.

We will not knowingly proceed with material additional work without discussing the change with the client first.

08

Cancellation & refunds

Clients may request cancellation of an agreed service by contacting us before the scheduled service begins.

Where work has already started, the treatment of any refund will take account of the stage of the service and the work already completed.

For full details of cancellation arrangements, refund eligibility and refund processing times, please refer to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

09

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials prepared specifically for a client as part of an agreed service may be used by that client for its own internal business purposes.

Pre-existing materials, working methods, general knowledge and resources used in providing the service remain the property of their respective owner.

Client materials supplied to us remain the property of the client or their relevant owner.

10

Confidentiality

Information shared with us in connection with a service will be handled with appropriate care and used for the purposes of providing the agreed service and managing the client relationship.

We will not knowingly disclose confidential business information to third parties unless this is required to provide an agreed service, permitted by the client, or required by law.

11

Responsibility & reasonable care

We will take reasonable care when carrying out the services described in the agreed arrangement.

Business decisions remain the responsibility of the client. Our role is to provide the agreed advisory support, analysis and recommendations based on the information available at the time.

We do not guarantee a particular commercial, financial or business outcome from the use of our services, as results may depend on factors outside our control.

12

Website information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current.

Service descriptions, availability and pricing may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our services.

Website content is provided for general information about our services and does not replace the specific arrangements agreed with a client.

13

Privacy

Personal information provided through the website or during a service enquiry is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and retained when you interact with DEWAN HOLDINGS.
